► Conduct frequent audits to ensure HRIS data quality and accuracy
► Organization of worldwide training sessions for HRIS users and creation of guidelines
► Supporting plant local HR teams on recruitment guidelines, process and tool
► Supporting plant local HR teams on deployement of Annual Assessment review, Poeple Review and Compensation processes
► Production and coordination of HR reporting at division level (absenteeism, mobility, attrition rate, employee turnover, compensation & benefits etc.).
